Project Overview
CAT A refurbishment works in Minster Court buildings 1 & 2. The postmodern gothic style buildings, originally developed in 1991/1992 are situated in the center of London at Mincing Lane linking Fenchurch Street to Great Tower Street. Floors 10, 8, 4, 3, Ground and lower ground all had complete new lighting and power installations. Consisting of LED panels and linear lighting throughout. All mains distribution was installed and upgraded to suit the new office requirements. MVL also carried out the upgrade works to the BMS controls.
