Project Overview
A landmark collection of commercial office floors and private apartments with enclosed gardens high above the capital.
It is located amidst the Nine Elms district in Vauxhall a short distance away from Battersea power station and the new Covent Garden market.
MVL are carried out 4 Category A commercial fit outs to floors 5,3,2,1 and a Catergory B fit out to level 6.We installed a complete new lighting control system across each floor to accommodate the quadrant office spaces. New modern LED panel luminaires have been installed throughout the floors which gives the office spaces a vibrant uplift. New LV distribution has been installed on each floor seperating the quadrants to individually be controlled. A new fire alarm system has been installed to comply with the new layout of the floors which is linked to main system of the building.
